Chicken Pot Pie
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
You will need:
Serve 2 oz of pasta and 1/4 of the meat/tomato sauce and this meal serves 4. Very quick and very easy.
- 3/4 lb of 93% ground beef
- 28 oz of diced tomatoes
- 1 table spoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
Serve 2 oz of pasta and 1/4 of the meat/tomato sauce and this meal serves 4. Very quick and very easy.

Cheesy Salsa Chicken
This cooks up very quickly in your skillet.
You will need:
3/4-1 lb of stir-fry chicken
1 24 oz jar of salsa
10 oz of pasta- Ziti noodles
1 green pepper
1 cup mexican style cheese
Cook the pasta according to the package. Meanwhile in the skillett place the chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add the salsa and green peppers and continue cooking until chicken is done. About 10 minutes total. Add the pasta and stir. Top with cheese and serve.

Chicken Tacos
This is a crockpot meal. Very easy and fast!
You will need:
1 lb of chicken (it can be frozen)
1 package of taco seasoning
1 24 oz jar of Salsa
32 oz of Chicken broth
Put all the above items in the crock pot for 8-10 hours on low. The chicken should shredd throught the cooking, but if it does not then shredd it with a fork. Serve with taco shells or flour tortillas.

Taco Soup
This is a crock pot meal and very easy. Dump everything in and put on Low for 8-10 hours.
You will need:
1 lb of ground beef
1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 can of kidney beans
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
1 can of corn
1 package of taco seasoning 1-2 cups of water
Brown the meat prior to putting everything in the crockpot. Serve with cheese and tortilla chips.
Baked Potatoes
This is a fast filling meal that you can have on the table in about 20 minutes. You will need:
- 4 potatoes
- 1 pound of ground beef
- Cheese for topping
Cook the potatoes in the microwave for 8 minutes. You can cook two at a time wrapped in a papertowel. Turn after 4 minutes.
Brown the ground beef on the stove. Add the soup and 1/4 can of water.
Top the baked potatoes with the ground beef/soup mixture and cheese to your liking. Very filling and very easy!
