Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

You will need:
  • 3/4 lb of 93% ground beef
  • 28 oz of diced tomatoes
  • 1 table spoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
Cook pasta according to package.  In a skillett put the olive oil and garlic in the pan.  Add the ground beef and brown the meat.  This usually takes about 10 minutes.  When the meat is browned, add the diced tomatoes and let simmer for about 5 minutes. 

Serve 2 oz of pasta and 1/4 of the meat/tomato sauce and this meal serves 4.  Very quick and very easy.
